Truly effective metal fabrication services go far beyond the actual manufacturing of the products.
Of course cutting, forming, machining, welding, etc. all form the core of the fabrication process. However, combining those manufacturing capabilities with design expertise is also crucial in order to optimize your products and keep costs in check. Furthermore, there’s a long list of required post-production services and supply chain management strategies which are equally as important to the success of your overall project.
At S&W Metal, we go above and beyond fabricating metal products. Our end-to-end manufacturing services include complete product development assistance and design for manufacturability.
Essentially, we optimize every design to ensure higher quality, accuracy, and cost-efficiency throughout production. We choose the best machine and tools for the specific job at hand – whether it’s laser cutting, rolling and forming, or CNC milling and turning, etc.
The Importance of Collaboration and Coordination
If more than 75 years of fabricating metal has taught us anything, it’s that manufacturing quality products requires close collaboration. From design to final delivery, our experts work with your team to improve your products and streamline your project every step of the way.
We can develop a comprehensive manufacturing solution for virtually every project. To that end, our company combines all the capabilities necessary to develop and further refine your products before we efficiently manufacture them. Then, we can finish them off with custom coatings, complete assembly, part kitting, and many other secondary operations that help you eliminate third-party costs and simplify your supply chain.
