Our CNC turret presses deliver enhanced precision and repeatability combined with increased speed of production. Nevertheless, conventional manually-operated presses are still crucial to our process. While not as high-tech as CNC systems, they’re needed to cost-effectively manufacture many types of sheet metal products and panels – typically simpler part features and/or lower volume runs.
S&W Metal Products offers high-speed, high-precision sheet metal punching services utilizing advanced CNC turret press machines. We also utilize manual punch press systems to keep our capabilities as agile as possible. Our combination of technology helps us accommodate a wider range of products and complex designs while maintaining precision and cost-effectiveness with every project.
CNC Turret Presses – Automated Sheet Metal Punching
Our facility features a 33-ton Finn-Power C5 CNC turret press for automated metal punching operations. Capable of producing large sheet metal parts and panels, it offers a capacity of 48″ by 96″ before repositioning, with extended tables for oversized sheets. We also utilize two 25-ton Wiedemann CNC turret presses, each with the same 48″ x 96″ capacity.
