S&W Metal Products offers high-speed, high-precision sheet metal punching services utilizing advanced CNC turret press machines. We also utilize manual punch press systems to keep our capabilities as agile as possible. The Advantages of S&W’s Metal Punching Services:
The S&W facility integrates a 33-ton Finn-Power C5 CNC turret press for automated metal punching operations. Capable of producing large sheet metal parts and panels, it offers a capacity of 48″ by 96″ before repositioning, with extended tables for oversized sheets.
We also utilize two 25-ton Wiedemann CNC turret presses, each with the same 48″ x 96″ capacity. Additionally, our facility features a full suite of press punching and ironworker punching machines, providing our customers with greater flexibility in fabrication and ensuring optimal results with each project.
